When to disconnect your shop

You will need to disconnect your shop if:

• Your shop is no longer active
• You connected the wrong shop to Shop Uploader
• You are migrating to a new shop

How to disconnect your shop

To disconnect your Etsy shop with Shop Uploader:

1. Open the shop selector in the top left of your screen
2. Click “Edit” on the shop you want to reconnect
3. Under “Danger Zone” click on “Disconnect Shop”
4. Wait up to 20 seconds for the process to complete

That’s it, now your shop is disconnected!
