Attribute scales
Learn how to upload Etsy's attribute scales with Shop Uploader.Some attributes require a scale.
For example, Depth = 3 doesn’t really mean anything. 3 what?
To upload the corresponding scale you need to include the scale’s abbreviation.
For example, Depth = 3 mm. Shop Uploader will remove the abbreviation from your value and apply Etsy’s special code for that scale.

Category-specific scales
Some scales are specific to a certain industry. For example, ring size or shirt size. These have different scales and different abbreviations.
Shop Uploader will automatically try match your scale abbreviation to Etsy. If the common abbreviation in your industry isn’t working, reach out to support. We will have to add that set of abbreviations to our list.
