Being able to export your Etsy listings is vital to keeping your products and inventory up to date. Etsy lets you easily access this information through its download shop data page. Along with listing information, you can access shop orders, settings, and reviews.
How do I get to the Download Shop Data page?
The first step to getting your shop data is to log into your Etsy shop. Next, go to the shop manager page. Finally, click Settings, then click Options.
Once on the Options page, click the Download Data tab to make your way to the Download Shop Data page.
This page lets you download your active listings, orders, shop settings, and reviews.
How do I download my currently for-sale Etsy listings?
Downloading your currently for-sale listings from Etsy is straightforward. First, locate the Currently for sale listings section. Next, you click the “Download CSV” button. Clicking this starts downloading your active Etsy listings.

Downloading your Etsy orders is similar to downloading your active listings. First, navigate to the Orders section of the download shop data page. Next, select the CSV type and the desired time frame. Finally, click Download CSV. The following two sections delve into the options and restrictions for CSV type and Time Frame.
CSV Type
There are four CSV types Etsy lets you download. Order Item: a report of your sales at an individual item level. Order: a report of your sales at the order level. This report includes each order’s payment method, card processing fees, and bank deposit amounts for Etsy Payments orders. Etsy Payments Sales: a report of all of your payments received through Etsy Payments sales. If you’ve received an IRS form 1099-K from Etsy, this report can be used for reconciliation. Etsy Payments Deposits: a report of all Etsy Payments deposits made to your bank account.
Time Frame
This section lets you select the timeframe you want your orders from. The max timeframe you can select is one year. To do this, leave the month dropdown blank and select only the year. It is important to note that you must select a year while selecting a month is optional.
